AI Email Assistant Privacy Policy

What data we collect

• Gmail content: We access the subject and body of the currently open Gmail message only after you request AI reply generation. We also process any reply style or special instruction you enter for that request.
• Account email: We collect your email address to create and authenticate your account.
• Authentication and local storage: The extension stores your authentication token in Chrome local extension storage so you remain signed in.
• Subscription and payment status: We store subscription status and related billing identifiers needed to provide your plan. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by us.

How data is used

• To securely authenticate you and generate AI email replies you request.
• To manage user accounts, usage limits, subscriptions, and billing access.

Data storage and deletion

We store the account and subscription information needed to operate the service. We do not store the subject, body, or generated reply content used for an AI request. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Third-party services

• Stripe: processes payments and manages subscription billing.
• AI providers: receive email content, reply style, and special instructions only when you request a reply, for the purpose of generating that reply.

Data security and limited use

We transmit personal and sensitive data over HTTPS. Gmail content is used only to provide the reply-generation feature you request. We do not sell Gmail data, use it for advertising, use it for creditworthiness decisions, or allow humans to read it except with your consent, when required for security, or when required by law.
